Brown Brothers Pinot Grigio. In the glass the wine is a very light straw colour with a youthful green hue. The nose is bursting with pear and peach aromas, while the palate offers some distinct savoury characters and a crisp finish full of delicate acidity thanks to the cool climate fruit. Best served chilled and matches nicely with seafood.

This vibrant, fruit driven Sauvignon Blanc offers a palate that displays excellent varietal definition and elegance. Flavours of tropical fruits such as passionfruit and paw paw combine with the crispness of gooseberry and green apple to create a wine that is balanced and refreshing.

This is an early drinking fruit driven style with a bouquet full of raspberries and blackcurrants, and a soft palate containing flavours of berry fruits and dark chocolate. With solid tannin structure and a generous round finish, this wine drinks well now, but will benefit from cellaring for up to 3 years.

This medium bodied blend of Barossa Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon is filled with delicious, softer fruit flavours of plum, blackcurrant and tobacco. The palate is smooth and subtle with fine grained tannins and a long flavoursome finish. Enjoy it with a good pasta a la Bolognese.

This elegant sparkling wine is a blend of the traditional Champagne varieties of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The nose is fresh and lifted with classic yeasty, bready aromas and the palate has a wonderful creamy mouth feel and complexity, with subtle lemon flavours.

This Methode Champenoise is a blend of the traditional sparkling varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Delicate and floral with a slightly honeyed nose and gentle sweetness on the palate, this wine is beautifully balanced. Top quality fruit and time spent on lees has created a deliciously toasty wine that displays excellent structure and length.
