LOUIS WARING, JR. SENIOR CENTER CITY OF CHARLESTON In Partnership With ROPER ST. FRANCIS HEALTHCARE BON SECOURS ST. FRANCIS HOSPITAL

“We have a lot more life to live.” The City of Charleston in partnership with Roper St. Francis Healthcare, are realizing this new 16,000 SF amenity in the heart of the West Ashley community. The Louis Waring, Jr. Senior Center, opening Fall 2018, provides a socially healthy aging conduit for this local community. Liollio Architecture’s design process follows exploration of relationship, discovery and translation of the community’s aspirations, along with the practice of Six Dimensions of Wellness - the cornerstone of the Center’s programs. The result is a respite retreat nestled in the woods of a busy City.
