Science historian Naomi Oreskes signs copies of her book “Merchants of Doubt,How a Handful of Scientists Obscured the Truth on Issues from Tobacco to Global Warming,”(co-authored with Erik M. Conway) during her visit to Virginia Tech and the Lyric Theatre on Wednesday, Sept. 2. The event was sponsored by the Global Change Center at Virginia Tech.
