Bates Masi 2350 Recessed into the barn-like volume, the covered entry porch opens into a dramatic and exciting volume with sight lines through the entire house to views framed by the expansive wall of glass on the far wall. The entry level features relaxing and eating areas rising the full height of the building, while the kitchen is a practical single volume formed by a second floor module. The entry level also includes a bedroom or den with ensuite bathroom. The upper level bedroom modules are connected by a “floating� walkway, open to entry and living areas below. Two other Bates Masi designs, one of 2000 square feet, and another of 4000 square feet have been created in this same theme. 18
