Trauma Survivors Network is a program created to support trauma patients and their families during hospitalization and after discharge. During the hospitalization period, education and resources are provided to all trauma patients. After discharge, the TSN coordinator continues communication with patients and families to provide further support. The Trauma Survivors Network at Denver Health continues to grow. The Network will continue to support those that are cared for at Denver Health through physical, social, and mental health resources to ensure the best recovery for trauma survivors.
