Welcome to Limbach! As the Chairman and CEO of Limbach, I would personally like to thank you for your interest in our company and invite you to participate in our thriving Limbach Engineering & Management Training Program (LEMT). This program has proven itself lucrative throughout the years as reflected in the success of our company’s leaders, over half of whom began with and continue to prosper as a result of the essential training and skill set acquired under our LEMT Program. We are aware that it can be intimidating entering this specialized industry directly out of college with little or no work experience. The purpose of the LEMT Program is to train and mentor college graduates and to provide you with the valuable experience you will need in all the various aspects of Engineering and Management, from estimating to onthe-job training. Once you have acquired a basic understanding of the many facets of our projects and services through the individual departments, you will join our team as an assigned “Project Engineer” and continue to develop your skills and abilities to become a future leader in our company and the industry. What is the Limbach Engineering & Management Training Program (LEMT)? Part of our commitment to growing young talent within the industry is a graduate program called our LEMT program which stands for Limbach Engineering & Management Training. This program exposes new college graduates to our business and allows them to learn all aspects from estimating to project management to financials. We believe that growing our workforce should start from our internal talent base. The LEMT program begins with an orientation program that will introduce you to our industry, business, and internal operations of our company. We take the approach that new recruits have little knowledge or experience within the industry and our company, and the program is designed to provide a landscape of our structure, culture and the definitions of terminology we use every day. Phase(s) of the LEMT program include:

Phase One – “Estimating” Each trainee will be required to spend 4 to 6 months in the branch estimating department. You will learn the fundamentals of our business during your training with this group. Your education will include the following: • Exposure to Drawing and Terminologies • Learn the Limbach Systems • Do a job “Take Off” • Learn “How Limbach Wins Jobs” Phase Two – “On-The-Job-Training”. After your training and exposure to estimating and the estimating systems, each trainee will spend the next 18 to 36 months rotating among the various departments of the branch. A majority of this time will be spent with the construction group. Those departments include: • Major Projects (both on job site & in office) • Special Projects • Controls • Engineering • Service

Phase Three – “Transition to a Productive Role within the Branch”. It is initiated with your graduation from the LEMT program and assignment into a productive role within one of the branch departments. Your training will continue with a combination of “Core” and specialized training depending upon your departmental assignment. The Department Manager and Branch Manager will continually guide your training. Your annual performance review is a key to this process in which goals and objectives, including required training, are defined in a collaborative manner.
