Our residential Community–1760 Third Avenue The LIM College residence hall at 1760 Third Avenue is much more than just a place to sleep. It’s a community of students living and learning together in a dynamic city. The 19-story LIM College student

residence is on the Upper East Side of Manhattan at Third Avenue and 97th Street. We know it simply as “1760”, which is the building’s Third Avenue address. In addition to a host of amenities, 1760 features 24-hour on-site security and live-in staff. The Office of Housing & Residence Life is also located there. From 1760, you’re just one block from the 96th Street / Lexington Avenue subway station and the M96 crosstown bus. The LIM College campus is about 20 minutes away by subway.

Life at 1760 As a 1760 resident, you’ll have access to academic, cultural, and social opportunities through college- sponsored evening programs, lectures, and entertainment events, both at the residence hall and around the city. Academic tutors are available for evening and weekend sessions. You can also hone valuable leadership skills by getting involved with the Residence Hall Council and Resident Advisor programs.
