“I love being endlessly inspired by non-profits How did you become an auctioneer? My sister originally came up with the idea. Together we attended auctioneering school for 80 hours of classes, took the official licensing exam and became professionally licensed auctioneers. I can sell a wide range of items, from livestock to cars, but my true passion lies in giving back to our community.

Why did you go solo? It was time to adapt to the changing demands of life.

Tell us about BiddyUp? BiddyUp was launched in August with a fresh focus as a woman-owned auction boutique aimed at revolutionizing charity fundraisers in an inclusive manner. Women are typically underrepresented in auctioneering. According to a 2022 blog post by
