Attendee Profile- 350 Well-Heeled Women Wine. Women. Shoes. Three words that elicit another three words: “Count me in!” This nationally recognized brand generates excitement everywhere it goes, and Napa Emergency Women’s Services anticipates our event will sell out well in advance. Known for providing affluent, educated, professional women with a relevant and lighthearted environment, Wine Women & Shoes events encourage meaningful interaction, female empowerment and financial support for the charity and the businesses who support the event. Our ticket price is $250 per VIP attendee, and $150 per general admission attendee. A typical guest will donate or spend an average of $200–600 at these events. Our goal is to sell out 350 tickets:50% from the Napa Valley and 50% from the greater Bay Area (due to the destination status of a Wine Country event). 80% of attendees are women ages 30 to 55 ranging from CEO moms to 30-something young professionals who define the luxury brand consumer: • Key influencers, taste makers and connectors in their communities • Philanthropic, socially conscious and community minded • Voracious fashion consumers • Enjoy and consume luxury wine and fine food •Decision makers for themselves and their families


The Shoe Must Go On! Our Signature Event This event is a feast for the senses, incorporating a walk-around wine and food tasting, designer marketplace, a luxury photo opportunity, a live auction and a glamorous fashion show that all come together in several fabulous hours of fundraising, camaraderie and shopping. While attendees are sampling wine, grazing on gourmet food and trying on shoes, fashions and accessories, we can showcase your business in a number of ways. Your business logo can also appear on branded giveaways in goodie bags (aka Swag Bags) handed out to every attendee. Your business can have a table at the event for team building, or employee performance incentive or, treating your best clients. And perhaps, for even more exposure, you can have exclusive naming rights of a key component such as the Shoe Guys, the Fashion Show or even the surprise entertainment that will surely go viral! As a supporting partner leading up to and post event your logo will appear in printed materials and on site signage; on our websites and social media. Approximately 1,000 invitations will go out for this event, plus ongoing eblasts, Facebook promos, and much more- providing thousands of impressions of your logo. Tempting guests with their charm, good looks and a silver platter of luxury wine paired with a strappy shoe, the Shoe Guys are a highlight of every Wine Women and Shoes event. They help generate sales and excitement, they’ll happily explain why a strappy silver sandal goes well with a Sauvignon Blanc, or how a Cabernet Sauvignon pairs with a black stiletto pump while refreshing your glass with a twinkle in their eye. Besides the obvious fun of flirting with hundreds of attractive women at a sophisticated, upscale event, a Shoe Guy can provide excellent promotional opportunities for your business and more personal access to this unique demographic of attendees. The sponsor of the Shoe Guy shirts receives constant brand impressions from every attendee throughout the event. The opportunity to submit a Shoe Guy for consideration and placement is reserved for supporting partners so locate the best looking charming guy on your staff and strategically position him in the midst of beautiful female clients (you may want to charge him for the privilege).


PARTNERSHIP SUPPORT OPPORTUNITIES Marketing/Brand Impressions : Paparazzi Step & Repeat The Paparazzi Photo Shoot Step & Repeat is a multi-exposure visual branding opportunity. As 350 excited ladies arrive at the event dressed to the nines they are greeted by a paparazzi style photo shoot, which involves them stepping onto a stage with a large backdrop with YOUR name and logo on it, and having their photo taken from several angles. Links to these photos are the exclusive use of the Paparazzi partners (or partner if you wish to buy it out and be the exclusive logo on the backdrop banner) and NEWS. Attendees will be driven to your company’s Facebook page to view and receive a copy of their photos, in exchange for ‘liking’ your page. This popular component of the event has typically been swooped up by a luxury auto dealership who brings in two of their cars (a fantasy car and one of their most luxurious models) and takes photos of attendees (often groups of friends) posing with the cars and the dealerships logo. As with the Paparazzi shoot, the ladies enjoy being photographed when they are dressed up and having fun with their friends. Links to these photos are the exclusive use of the Glamour Photo partner and NEWS. The Swag Bag partner supplies 350 custom bags with their logo imprinted on them. These bags provide long term impression opportunities long after the event is over. In addition to the logo impression on the bag the lucky partner of this marketing opportunity is encouraged to place a dynamic item or offer in the bag that will encourage attendees to do business with you! The more glorious the bag and offer placed within the bag the greater the impression you will make with this targeted audience. Next to the Shoe Guys and Dessert water is the most appreciated item during the event. The water sponsor is the hero of the event, providing much appreciated cold refreshment during the outdoor, mid summer festivities. Depending on the weather up to a thousand bottles of water can be consumed by the 350 lovely attendees. All could be carrying water bottles wrapped in your logo! The water partner is encouraged to provide recycling signage and bins featuring your logo as well. One enterprising water partner at a WWS event even provided insulated bins and placed them strategically around the entire event. They provided waist aprons with water pockets for the Shoe Guys with their logo on it to make it easy for them to hand out water to thirsty and grateful customers. The Water partner saves the day!

Wine and delectable finger food and desserts are offered at the event- ALL WITH A NAPKIN This is a great opportunity to get multiple impressions for a tag line, a new product or a special message. One clever Napkin, please! partner had their logo and tag line printed on the flip side of napkins that had funny expressions. This drew greater attention and became conversation pieces and a source of good humor. The Napkin, please! Shoes Judges get to wear a banner or apron identifying them. Plus, they get to address the entire audience on the Fashion Show stage and announce the winners and give awards. Creative categories include: prettiest pump; sexiest stiletto, fabulous flat and strappiest sandal. They will be gorgeously displayed and distributed to all attendees by the Shoe Guys during the Fashion Show. Surely to go viral in the social media, the support partner willing to sign a nondisclosure agreement will benefit in numerous ways from having the naming rights of this wow factor entertainment! First, the “activity” must be kept a complete secret. Media will be alerted and on hand but they will not know what to expect.
