Open House Lifestyle Christian School will be having an Open House on Saturday, February 21 from 2-4pm. Our youth basketball teams will also be finishing up their season this day. I would like to encourage each of you to invite someone who may be interested in attending our school next year. Interested families will be able to tour the school, meet some of the teachers, look at curriculum used, and pick up registration information. We will also distribute coupons to new families for $150 off their first year’s tuition. As a current Lifestyle family, you can receive a $100 tuition discount for each newly enrolled student you referred to the school. Computer Donations Perhaps you received a new computer during the Christmas season and are wondering what to do with your old one. We are currently seeking donations of computers for our classrooms. If you have any working computer that you would like to donate, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Go Texan Day On February 27th we will be celebrating Go Texan day. On this day, our special chapel speaker will be Nick Morrison. Nick is a former professional bull rider and is currently serving as the youth pastor at Lone Star Cowboy Church. On this day students and staff may wear jeans, denim skirts to the knee, hats, and other appropriate and modest western wear. Most hats will need to be removed while students are in the building.

Spring Pictures Spring pictures will be taken February 24th. All students will take these pictures. When you receive the pictures, you will need either to pay for them or to return them to the school office within a week. Students may wear either their school uniforms or nice casual clothing. This means that students could wear something similar to what some of them would wear to church. Students may not wear jeans, t-shirts, shorts, or sleeveless shirts. Skirts or dresses must be knee length or longer even if leggings are worn. All clothing must be modest.
