Summer can be a difficult time to find a health professional but we will continue to provide allied health and fitness services over the upcoming summer season. Congratulations to our Winners On Friday November 29, the annual Life Care Staff Awards Night was held at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. Antonietta Lorenzutti was the winner of the 2013 Life Care Way Award. This award recognises an employee who conducts themselves in a manner which exemplifies the Life Care Way in their daily work routine. Antonietta conducts herself with professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm. She has a real passion for her job, respects and cares for her customers and communicates positively with her colleagues.

This award recognises an employee who has shown their commitment to excellence in programs, projects or processes through innovations. Staff Profile Melissa Wardle Accredited Exercise Physiologist An Exercise Physiologist is an allied health professional who uses exercise and lifestyle modification to help prevent and treat chronic health conditions. Melissa is a registered health professional who can receive referrals from your GP and you can claim on your private health insurance.
She is capable in helping you reach your health and fitness goals at any level. Melissa is also available for 1:1 consultations if you want to fine tune your program to address any specific needs such as Diabetes, Osteoporosis or learning how to exercise safely with heart conditions.

She is currently working with us undertaking 1:1 consultations, performing pre and post-exercise assessments and running a number of our classes including Strength for Life, Active Moves, Strength and Balance and general exercise.
Due to popular demand, we have a new Massage Therapist, Marianna Ettore, who will be available every Friday from 9am - 3pm. Why not come and meet her at our FREE February seminar on Friday February 14 at 12pm. Bookings are essential, so please call reception to secure your booking.
