the DNA of the company A culture is the values and practices shared by the members of a group. Company Culture, therefore, is the shared values and practices of the company's employees. We will be taking a close look at Ennead’s Corporate Culture and seeing where changes need to be made for everyone’s benefit. Let’s work together to get the Corporate-Change wheel rolling and shape Ennead into a place founded on trust, unity and loyalty. Every employee - regardless of their position, line of work or skill level - hungers for job satisfaction and fulfilment. Ennead has the potential to do that for you, but you’ve got to be willing to do your part in bringing about a change in the culture of our company. Gandhi once said: We must be the change we wish to see.
Members: Claudine Calitz, Piet Fourie, Liesle Daniel, Nomkhosi Ncwana, Lucky Masilela, Eunice Sans and Thabsile Kubayi. Their main task is to represent all employees and managers and to consult as their representatives with Management on various training issues. Employees are encouraged to use the representatives in communicating the learning mediations that they need to perform their jobs efficiently and those needed to pave their career paths in the company.
IDP What is an IDP? It’s a form that you and your supervisor need to fill in during a scheduled discussion. What is it for? To plan training for you that will help to improve your job proficiency and will open doors for you to advance your career. How will this help me? When a promotion opens up and you have received training in that direction, who better to promote than you? Ok, so where do I get one? HR is planning to come and explain it all to you during a Road Show before the end of June and these forms will be handed over to your supervisor on that day – so hang in there, it’s coming!
