Our service focuses on giving excellent customer service, delicious food and providing an overall amazing dining experience. We know you are busy and focused on your studies, that is why our mission is to give you a superb dining program by offering convenience, variety, and an environment based on community.

M e a l Pl a ns We want to make sure that your dining experience is incredible. College dining should be fun, fresh and affordable, and we’ve got that covered. We have multiple plans for residential students as well as for commuters and staff members. Meal plans allow you to save money when eating on campus, and even more importantly, save your parking spot! We also encourage students and staff to continually add Flames Cash to their accounts. Using Flames Cash on campus gets you a 10% discount on National brands and a 15% discount on Sodexo brands.

N u t r i t io n & We llness Feeding our students nutritious meals, so they can strive in their endeavors is a priority to Liberty Dining Services. Because of this, we have a full – time registered dietitian on staff to enhance the dining operations and to assist in our threefold approach to health and wellness, which are: 1. Live Healthy Liberty Coalition: As part of this coalition, Dining Services is responsible for fulfilling all nutrition related guidelines in the Memorandum of Understanding with the Partnership for a Healthier America (PHA) . 2. Food Allergy Program: The Food Court at Reber-Thomas has a station called Simple Servings that is void of 7 of the 8 most common food allergens. Liberty also has its own gluten – free bakery which makes baked goods for all of campus. Lastly, we offer a gluten friendly meal option in almost all retail locations across campus. 3. Mindful: This program is Sodexo’s health & wellness approach that helps you make healthy choices more easily! We are committed to creating healthy environments for our customers by providing healthy, nutritious foods.

CO N V E N I E N C E Dining and convenience go hand-in-hand. You have a busy life, and dining should be the last thing you have to stress about. That’s why we’re always hard at work trying to simplify our processes and get you more of what you want faster. Check out some of our initiatives below: Mobile Ordering • Hilltop Pizza Dorm Delivery • Touch Screen Kiosks on campus for quick ordering • Care Packages: Care packages are a convenient way of showing you care. We offer a variety of packages that can be sent at any time in the semester.

SUS TA I N A BI LIT Y We are committed to make a difference and give back to the environment and the community. Therefore, we have partnered with Eco-Products, a company which now services provides all flatware, plate ware, and cups on campus. EcoProducts are 100% biodegradable, made from renewable energy sources such as sugar cane, and are BPA-free. Our other sustainability initiatives include: aluminum and cardboard recycling, oil recycling, pulping machine for composting, analytics tracking to reduce food waste, Green Seal certified cleaning products, buying fruits and vegetables from local farms, Caribou Coffee which is Rainforest Alliance Certified, Herb Garden wall in the Food Court at ReberThomas where all herbs grown are used in campus meal preparation.

Food is the common factor at any holiday event, family gathering, or late-night run with your friends. The simple truth is that food is always present when it comes to making memories. That’s why at each dining location on campus, we have put a lot of thought and research into aesthetics’, atmosphere, customer service training, campus dining events and more so that you feel comfortable making memories and friendships that will last for years to come.

C RE AT I V ES If our chef’s believe in one thing it’s this: that passion and creativity are a crucial aspect to college dining. We encourage our chefs to think outside-the-box when it comes to bringing a unique dining experience to campus.

C U LI N A RY FOC US E D Your dining team is made up of professionals who are proud of what they do and are ardent about raising the bar for collegiate culinary cuisine. Our chefs go through rigorous certifications and trainings each year to ensure they are top-notch in their field. Some of our certifications include: AllerTrain, Certified Executive Chef & Certified Culinary Administrator training through the American Culinary Federation, ServSafe Instructor Certification, ForwardFood Vegan Certification, and more!
