In the 19h century, we used to say that grape-pickers worked in the vineyards for very long hours: from the rising Sun to the Sunset which translates in French to D’Un Soleil à l’Autre.

This wine is very elegant and is caracterized by fruity notes (black cherries, black berries) and tapenade. On the pallet the flavours are round and silky. Ideal as an aperitive and also with red meat and cheese. Drink within 2 years. Serving temperature : 14 to 16 °C
