Red, Rosé or White, you will discover this wine immediately seducing by its natural spontaneity, by its unmasked fruity flavour and by its balance and freshness. Le Jardin can be enjoyed as an aperitive before dinner or as an accompaniement to grilled meats. We have enjoyed le Jardin with Chinese food as well as European food. Its fruityness can go with just about anything and at anytime.

Here is an elegant reserve with southern flavours of black fruits. It is soft and silky on the palate combining licorice and spices. La reserve has a more complex flavour than the reserve. You will discover more distinguishable fruits and peppery spices on the palette. Honest and delicious, it will be a marvel accompaniment to a rib of Beef or Sausage with herbs.

Name: D‘un Soleil a l‘autre Appelation: IGP pays d‘Oc Vineyard: La Belle Pierre Grape: Merlot 55%, Cabernet Sauvignon 15%, Cabernet Franc 20%, Grenache 5%, Syrah 2.5%, Cinsault 2.5%. Alcohol Vol: 13.5% content: 750ml

This wine is very elegant and is caracterized by fruity notes (black cherries, black berries) and tapenade. On the pallet the flavours are round and silky. Ideal as an aperitive and also with red meat and cheese. Drink within 2 years. Serving temperature : 14 to 16 °C

D‘un Soleil a l‘autre is a wine blended with three grapes to create an explosive fruity taste dominated by notes of peaches and mandarins. The grapes are matured under pressure and at a controlled low temperature immediately after having been picked at night to lock in the natural flavours of the grapes. Accompanies sea food, shelfish and fish or simply as a pre dinner apperitive.

The Name..

Located at the south-east of Nantes, the Château de l‘Aujardière is based in the municipality of La Remaudière. On a wine growing estate existing since 1850, Olivier Lebrin vinifies his own wine in a castle from the 1600‘s.

The tinted pale colour of this typical muscadet is the first step of the beautifully fruity flavours you will explore on the palette. It has a nice long aftertaste which will leave your tastebuds watering. Shelfish is a typical dish on the west coast and Muscadet was made to go with fresh food from the sea. Fantastic with seafood. Particularly good with mussels and crab it accompanies fresh shelfish perfecly.

The Name..

Similarly made to the famous Rosé d‘anjou this Osé is deliciously fruity and slightly sweet. Although not too sweet it has a lovely pink colour and is exceptionaly easy to drink. Bursting with flavours on the palette it is even tastier than the initial gorgeous scent in the glass with a nice long aftertaste. Enjoy before food with friends or with sweet foods. Great as a dessert wine.

Name: Cabernet d‘Anjou Appelation: AOC Vineyard: Domaine des deux Arcs Grape: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet sauvignon. Alcohol Vol: 10.5% Content: 750ml Year: 2012 Cabernet D‘Anjou is famous in France for being a relatively sweet rose. The colour is a deep pink leaning towards red and there are notes of fresh red fruit on the nose. The taste is soft and sweet and very well balanced. Cabernet D‘Anjou can be enjoyed as an aperitive or served with food. We find it an exeptional match for Chinese food as the sweetness compliments natural asian flavours.

A powerful nose with concentrated fruit (black cherries, prunes, blackcurrants) and spices (pepper and cinnamon). Great structure on the palete, generous and concentrated, providing a fine platform for gorgeous fruity and spicy aromas. This Côtes du Rhônes can be kept for up to eight years and will mature nicely if kept in the cellar for a couple of years. It accompanies spiced foods and red meats very well.

Dressed in a lovely bright red robe, the wine for lovers of fruity, easy-to-drink wines.

This wine is best served slightly cooler than and typical red, and can be served up as a pre diner aperitive. Equaly it will go very well with grills and mild food and even fish dishes.

Beaujolais Juliénas

Juliénas is the most northern Appelation of the Beaujolais region and in our view also the finest.

Name: Sublime Appelation: AOP Juliénas Vineyard: Cave des Producteurs Juliénas Grape: 100% Gamay Noir Alcohol Vol: 13% Year: 2010 This wine is made using grapes selected from plots of old and matured vines which provide the most flavour. The intense aromas and flavours are an intermingling of blackberry and vanilla. On the palate it is rich and tannic. The resulting wine is lip-smacking, complete and harmonious. This wine is best served slightly cooler than and typical red, and can be served up as a pre diner aperitive. Equaly it will go very well with grills and mild food and even fish dishes.

Name: Tradition 2010 Appelation: AOC Grignan-lesAdhémar Vineyard:Domaine de Grangeneuve Grape: 65% Grenache, 35% Syrah Alcohol Vol: 13.5% Contents: 750ml Traditional vinification, by grape variety, and with total destemming of the harvest. Controlled temperature fermentation. Good dense garnet-red colour with dark purple undertones. Intense nose of red and black fruit aromas, garrigue and liquorice. On the mouth, the attack is clean, the wine is supple, full and generous. Red berries dominate, but the finish evolves more toward notes of pepper. This wine is well balanced with good length. Can be tasted slightly cooled in summertime. Perfect with meats and grills.

Wine fact.

This wine is grown on old plains in the Rhône valley, composed of clay and limestone. The plots are located on the plateau of Clairet, where the Marquise de Sévigné loved picking the grapes in the 17th century. Hence the name.

Name: Tentation de la Marquise Appelation: AOP Grignan-les-Adhémar .-2010 Vineyard: O. Et H. Bour Grape: 70% Syrah, 30% Grenache Alcohol Vol: 13.5% Bottle content: 750ml For three years these plots have been cultivated following organic farming practices in respect for the environment. This process gives an increased intensity and a specific aromatic expression on the palette. The harvest of the grapes of both varieties ar done at the optimum moment to obtain fully ripe grapes. Nice deep red wine with purple hints in the colour. There is an Intense nose of almost andied red and black fruits. Wide mouth, round, rich and elegant, with a nice lenght. Elegant tannins. This wine can be kept a couple of years.

Name: Vieilles Vignes 2010 Appelation: AOP Grignan-les-Adhémar Vineyard:Domaine de Grangeneuve Grape: 50% Grenache, 50% Syrah Alcohol Vol: 13.5% Contents: 750ml Traditional vinification of the oldest of the Domaine de Bour Grenache and Syrah vines. These vines are more than 40 years old and are fermented for 21 days. This wine is Henry Bour‘s favourite from the Bour Range. This wine ages well and can be kept for up to 10 years developing nicely with time. Good deep dark garnet-red colour with the dark purple undertones of youth. Powerful nose, characteristic of young blackberry fruits and vanilla. A concentrated structure, rich, ample, supple and elegant. Notes of prunes, toast and leather.

Name: Bourgogne 2001 Appelation: AOC Côte Chalonnaise Vineyard: B. et O. Cros Grape: 100% Pinot noir Alcohol Vol: 12.5% Bottle content: 750ml

This wine has a clean, warm orange colour tending towards dark garnet-red. Small red (strawberry, gooseberry) and black (blackcurrant, blueberry) fruit aromas come well to the fore, with occasional hints of cherry and kernel, and sometimes farm like and mushroom notes. It is mouth-filling, firm in texture, and can be a touch austere in early youth. It has no lack of oomph, however, and its roundness overcomes any jagged edges.

This Brut Crémant de Bourgogne would rival any good champagne. Jacky Montbarbon is a meticulous wine grower and blender and it shows in all his wines.

This Crémant would usualy be something to celebrate with but it can also be enjoyed with sweet foods.

Mr Audras vines are situated on the highest and steepest slopes in the Julienas region. All trimming, weeding and picking is done by hand as machinery would be too dangerous to us on the steep slopes.

This Julienas is from our finest range from the Beaujolais region. The fermenting process is very traditional and only the finest hand picked grapes from 50 to 80 year old vines are used to make this Julienas. Deep red in colourwith initial aromas of stone fruits, pepper and earthy flavours. Full bodied but elegant with flavours of ripe raspberries and kirsch. Would acompany barbecues to roast meats and cheese.

The Libera Directors favourite wine of the range. This small Domaine is hidden away off the beaten track and the Vigneron insists on at least 5 years of maturity and organic methods to create this incredible cotes du rhone.

Name: Côtes du Rhône 2007 Appelation: AOC Vineyard: Domaine Mireille & Vincent Grape: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan. Alcohol Vol: 14.5% Contents: 750ml Year: 2007 Domaine Mireille & Vincent is bursting with fruity flavours with a dominance of blackberries on the nose. The taste is well balanced and elegant yet powerful notes of cooked dark fruit, vanilla and truffles are distinguishable. This wine goes very well with strong flavoured foods and meats. Exotic dishes as well as sausages and tripe would be a delightful accompaniment.

Château Fortia is a French wine producing estate in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape region of the Rhône Valley. With a history dating back to the eighteenth century (on land that has been producing wine since at least the fourteenth century)

Name: Chateau Fortia 2006 Appelation: AOC Chateauneuf-dupape Vineyard: Baron Le Roy Boiseaumare Grape: 75% Grenache, 15% Syrah 10% Mourverdre Alcohol Vol: 15% Contents: 750ml Chateau Fortia‘s initialy complex nose is of delicately spiced strawberry jams and even a hint of leather. There is a dominant flavour from the Grenache grape of rich spices and explosions of dark fruit. The taste is powerfull in the mouth and leaves a balanced and soft after taste. Served best with powerful cheeses and strong flavoured dishes.

Champagne is mainly made from red grapes (Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier). Making Champagne is a very delicate process as creating a white wine from red grapes takes extreme care when picking not to damage the grapes.

Name: Champagne Tradition Brut Appelation: AOC Champagne Vineyard: Jean Valentin Grape: 15% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot noir, 55% Meunier Alcohol Vol: 12% Content: 750ml & 357ml

This golden coloured Champagne has a beautiful floral scent and deep powerful notes of honey and cooked fruit on the palette. Champagne Jean Valentin can unusually be served with food or enjoyed as an apperitive. It can be enjoyed with light salmon dishes or even with dessert dishes like Tartes aux Pommes.
