4 LeapFrog + Jump History
History LeapFrog Interactive is a digital agency with a passion for big ideas executed with granular precision. LFI opened in 1999 at the height of the dot.com bubble, and within its first eighteen months, experienced the complete collapse of the industry. Those two extremes burned indelible lessons within our management team, and forced us to align two, oftcompeting perspectives into alignment with one another.
LFI began with a “can-do” attitude and has steadily grown from a local start-up to the region’s largest interactive agency. In mid 2007, LFI continued its steady growth with the opening of a new office in Boston to provide a higher level of service to clients in that region and address additional opportunities present in the eastern corridor. Then in late 2009 LFI expanded again via the opening of an office in the Cincinnati market.
In January of 2009 LeapFrog started Jump to cater to our small to medium business clients. Jump, is comprised of a powerhouse of professionals who have been handpicked to ensure the client’s online presence reaches their consumers and doesn’t overextend their bottom line. Our capabilities in website design and hosting, social media, and development of e-commerce sites, rival larger agencies at a fraction of the cost.

13 Website Redesign Design Sophistication The online expression of the Intellect Controls “brand” is taken seriously at LeapFrog Jump. The design of your website will be completed by the Creative Services Team. The Creative Services Team at LeapFrog Jump has experience in global site implementations for some of the most recognized brands in the world. The design activity will result in a homepage and interior page representative of Intellect Controls’ brand position, personality, and overall site goals. Each interior page will have an identical design and structure except as otherwise noted within this proposal. The design for both the homepage and interior page will be a balance between brand requirements, interactive design considerations, visitor usability, functional considerations, and the operational requirements of the site expressed by Intellect Controls.
Whenever Jump develops functionality and performs coding, we always ensure that the final product will be both easily manageable as well as simple to update. We always try to leverage any system capabilities that already are in place as much as possible and then create any custom code that might be necessary. We want to be sure that any custom code we do create will easily comply with any future vendor upgrades or changes to the client’s system.
This kind of diligence can sometimes be overlooked, something that can lead to complications when changes do occur. Custom software that cannot be upgraded or updated often results in all the customization having to be broken in order for any changes to be put into place. As
14 much as possible, Jump makes sure any customization it creates is done in a modular and isolated way that prevents this kind of breakdown if a core system is changed in any way.
Making sure what we create satisfies a client’s current needs and any future requirements the client’s system might demand is a delicate balance. Jump’s team of developers, however, possesses the expertise and experience needed to create an end product that is not only reliable, but also remarkable, both now and into the future.
