ali Tourism Development Corporation (BTDC) Nusa Dua was once again holding its Nusa Dua Fiesta. This annual event had the theme “Segara Lelangunan”, which in the Balinese language means to enjoy the mesmerizing beauty of the ocean. Through

this theme, BTDC was inviting us all to care for and understand the importance of conserving coastal and marine ecosystems and to support sustainable marine tourism. Nusa Dua Fiesta 2012 has been held from 2-5 November 2012 on Peninsula Island in Nusa Dua. Some of the highlights of Nusa Dua Fiesta 2012 include Launching the highest Kresna-Arjuna art sculpture, Indonesia Music Expo (IMEX), Bali Culinary Challenge 2012, Science Film Festival, Save Nusa Dua Coral Reef, Underwater Photo Exhibition, Fun Bike, Sustainable Seafood Workshop and Traditional Art Performance. The Nusa Dua Fiesta 2012 was designed to promote the image of Bali, and Nusa Dua Tourism Resort, as a destination that is safe, comfortable and attractive to visit, while also demonstrating BTDC’s efforts to support sustainable tourism in Bali specifically and Indonesia more generally.
