Successful strategy Expansion in new entities and new products. We decided to go strongly outside of Poznań with our iGCDP and now up to 4050% of our realizations are outside of Poznań, EPs are travelling to TN organizations in other cities. This helped us immensely to keep growing while maintaining high quality and sustainability: we kept our products relatively fresh, attractive and desired on local market and enable stakeholders from small cities to experience internationality and positive impact of our EPs. In one year we grew over 100% in iGCDP mainly thanks to expanding. We got in touch with local authorities in smaller cities and they were of a great support, put us in touch with local educational entities and we could approach more TN takers more efficiently.

Another dimension of expansion that was mentioned was new products/projects developed in LC. Thanks to iGCDP Product Development Strategic Project we created 3 new projects in LC and in 2014 they are planned to contribute by 23% to whole of our realizations, as projects themselves they were also very attractive for potential leaders and have big PR potential for AIESEC.

Successful strategy Job Description Minimum Standards to raise a TN

A lot of our detractors on the NPS are coming from misaligned JD or not clear information about the job, conditions, working hours and so on. With this we are creating those minimum standards that our LCs needs to upload in their TNs to ensure that we can provide not only simple exchanges but meaningful experiences

Successful strategy Issues Segmentation understanding at local level and how it is connected to our projects and markets It is quite simple: We want to be able to frame the projects accordingly to the needs of our stakeholders. The iGCDP projects in Hungary are tackling mainly the issues in the Education System. So we are using the age groups of Schools and Kindergartens together with their English Knowledge to define which issue can be better used to ensure that the projects will be really relevant for all the parts involved (Students, kids, schools, interns and so it goes...)
