April 4,5,6  –  West  Salem,  OH   May  16,  17,  18  -­‐  Friend’s  House,  Pittsburgh,  PA   July  11,  12,  13  -­‐  Lloyd  Library,  Cincinnati,  OH   July  25,26,27  -­‐  with  jim  mcdonald  in  White  Lake,  MI   August  1,2,3    -­‐  AHG  Headquarters,  Asheville,  NC     Friday  7-­‐9p.m.  A  workshop  for  all  to  help  make  sense  of  what  we  see:  whether  applying  our  herbalist's  skills  toward  family,  friends,   community  or  clinic  -­‐  using  interactive  practice  and  pointers  to  interpret  our  observations.  Evening  attendance  is  open  to  the  public.     Saturday  10a.m.-­‐6p.m.  How  do  we  keep  track  of  everything?  What  works  and  what  doesn’t?  The  day  will  begin  with  non-­‐verbal   assessment,  honing  observational  skills,  and  practical  methods  to  evaluate  health.  We  will  focus  on  root  issues  while  learning  to  build   trust  and  creating  ease  for  ourselves  and  for  those  we  work  with  as  herbalists.  We’ll  give  ample  attention  to  disentangling  health   concerns  and  disease  labels,  while  ending  the  day  discussing  organizational  methods  and  paperwork  for  following  an  apothecary,   clients,  family  and  friends,  cases,  inventory,  costs  and  time.       Sunday  10a.m.-­‐3p.m.  We'll  begin  with  a  client  (yes,  a  real,  live  client),  to  apply  assessment  and  interactive  skills.  From  this  participatory   experience  we'll  build  a  client-­‐centered  holistic  protocol.  Focus  will  rest  on  improving  compliance,  identifying  immediate  &  long-­‐term   goals  and  follow-­‐up.  Our  aim  is  to  further  develop  clinical  skills  in  a  comfortable,  safe  and  productive  environment.     For  further  information  on  CEUs,  encouragement  &  other  details  contact  Leslie  Alexander:  Leslie@RestorationHerbs.com  or   814-­‐516-­‐2634.  To  register  contact  Leslie  Williams  at  herbalist.williams@gmail.com  or  513-­‐256-­‐3969.  Early  registration  for  full  weekend  is   $250,  including  lunches,  herbal  tea,  water  &  good  snacks.  $275  at  the  door,  if  space  is  available.    Friday  evening  only  is  $20.    Enrollment  is   limited.
