Professional Services

The Professional Services Perspective at brij

9

Twenty years of experience serving industrial manufacturers and distributors has uniquely positioned brij to support your Enterprise Software initiatives. As both an Oracle JD Edwards and IFS Business Partner, we have been able to successfully implement enterprise software and train companies for long-term selfsufficiency, without all the overhead of large consulting organizations. brij is actively engaged in the authorized resale of ERP software to the mid-market. In that capacity, we are unlike most other service providers-our partnerships provide constant communication with the development labs, product marketing, global support services, and consultant certification groups within Oracle and IFS.

“Give a person a fish; you have fed them for today. Teach a person to fish; and you have fed them for a lifetime.” Our customers demand on-time/on-budget implementations of Tier 1 Enterprise Software that respects their unique ways of doing business. Our client-centric implementation approach is the cornerstone of long-term partnerships with our customers and therefore leads to successful implementations. The total cost of software ownership is best controlled when the customer assumes a significant portion of implementation responsibility and a thorough understanding of how ERP software can be continuously adapted to meet changing business requirements. This is the key to customer’s independence. From the project team’s education to our well-defined client responsibilities, we ensure an implementation that fits your unique business requirements. Client-centric implementations result in faster selfsufficiency and therefore lower total project costs. At brij, this client-centric approach builds long-term partners, not simply a one-time customer/vendor relationship.

From Fortune 1000 manufacturers to pre-revenue startups, successful brij implementations can be found in a variety of industries including: • Industrial Manufacturing • Wholesale Distribution • Building Materials • High Technology/Electronics • Medical Device and Pharmaceutical (FDA Validated Environments) Additionally, brij implementations cover a wide range of corporate environments including corporate headquarters, corporate subsidiaries, multi-site and single-site locations. The diversity of industries and environments in the brij portfolio is a testament to our unique and successful approach to ERP software implementations. Unlike many other consulting organizations, brij consultants have an average of over ten years experience in enterprise software. In the software industry, that’s a remarkable achievement; in the consulting industry, it’s almost unparalleled. Though our vendors require our staff to be Product Certified Consultants – with successful completion of rigorous product knowledge testing curriculum, brij has always placed a high value on our teams’ on-going academic education and certification process. Our consultants carry professional and academic certifications such as CFPIM, CPIM, CPA, MBA, MSCE, and MCP and come from businesses like yours-most have arrived at consulting after long careers on the “client” side of the software. As corporate controllers, plant managers, master schedulers, or IT managers, they’ve all spent considerable time on both sides of an enterprise software project. The combination of years of experience in enterprise software, experience in industry, their education, and certifications, brij consultants are considered the most effective consultants in the industry.
