My work mainly consists of characters of my own creation, every i do starts out as a hand drawn image, I also enjoy creating hand drawn typography which is a skill I put to use when creating Logo as well as this I often take part in live art events which gives me t opportunity to have my work seen by a wider audience.

SCARVES AND VESTS I couldnt loath this rediculous piece of shitty unnecessary accessorising more! Fuck topshop pretty boys for trying to pull this off. Fuck it im gonna start rocking bowling shoes, 3/4 trackies and a cravat.
These have been wrong since the rocket power days, socks with sandals just say you are the type of person that shouldnt have been allowed to venture away from his age old chino and beaten running shoe look.
.....Rant over.....for now!
I’m Matt Thomas, been photographing for quite a long time although I can’t really remember how many years. Started it when I first went to Sixth Form College and just enjoyed it ever since then. I’ve always had a passion for skateboarding, they sort of link hand in hand really. I have always tried to develop my skills and push my photography style to new and different levels. From using different cameras such as 35mm film, 120 and DSLR to using multiple strobes and radio triggers to make the photo pop a lot more. The main people who inspire me are the big UK skate photographers like Sam Ashley, Leo Sharp and Wig but i also enjoy looking at work by some of the greats like Adams and Crewdson. Even just looking online on Flickr or watching videos on YouTube and seeing something that catches your eye always gets me hyped to shoot some more and enjoy what you photograph!

My name is Darryl Gates (born and bred Londoner) and basically spent my early years before tattooing playing in metal bands and working in the music industry...Due to this I knew a few tattoo artist and from there kind of got interested in learning and entering the arcane world of tattooing!....I got my first tattoo back in 1989 and continued getting tattooed through the 90’s when it was defintily unsociable to have tattoos and the only people I knew with them were bikers, punks and muscians mainly...
Due to me going to gigs and always around Soho I started tattooed by Ian Kaye the owner of Diamond Jacks in Walke Soho....At the time I would go around different shops lookin traditional style tattoos but no-one did that ‘old fashioned s was told a few times at several London shops but when I walk Diamond Jacks I definitely found an old fashioned studio with ceiling of original hand drawn traditional flash!...Anyway afte to know Ian we became friends and I managed to secure apprentiship at a shop outside of London which was really break.Eventually after a few years working from home and shops Ian offerd me a place at Diamond Jacks as he was h problems with one of the staff....
Ian left the world of tattooing several years later and became a lecturer and we are still friends to this day.I was lucky to ha amzing mentor who showed me the ropes and taught me how shop.
I took over Diamond Jacks in 2004(8 years ago) and its bee incredible ride.sometimes good and sometimes bad!..
