Recycled polyester, or rPET, is made from polymers obtained by melting down used plastic bottles and converting them into textile fibers. Did you know that nearly 1 million plastic bottles are purchased worldwide every minute?

POLYLANA®

Polylana® fiber allows to be blended with any natural and synthetic fiber to enhance and adjust performance, look, or other characteristics of the final product. Polylana® fiber can be dyed at low temperatures giving the yarn, once knitted, a delicacy and also a unique consistency.

Recycled cotton fabrics use pre & post consumer waste and less virgin cotton. It reduces the negative impacts of cotton farming like water consumption, CO2 emissions, intensive land use, and gives a new life to textile waste.

Recycled nylon is made from nylon waste from products that have already been manufactured, sold, used, and then discarded by consumers. It can also be made from the waste that’s left over during the processes where nylon is made into a product.

DYE SUBLIMATION

Sublimation is a printing transfer process which uses heat sensitive sublimation inks to permanently dye synthetic fabrics.

The process, which is called “Dye Sublimation”, involves the use of a special heat sensitive dye to print your design onto paper. The printed paper is then placed with the synthetic fabric into a heat press and pressed for a pre-determined period.

The sublimation cycle transfers the design from the paper to the fabric. Sublimation is always done on white synthetic materials and at high temperatures.

As the sublimation process actually dyes the fabric, the colour is “in” the fabric and not on top, as is the case with traditional screen printing methods. This gives a much better feel to the product, as well as colour fastness and the ability to print unlimited colours.

As only white fabrics are suitable for sublimation printing, any “white” that you see in a sublimated design will actually be unprinted fabric.

Sublimation gives you the ability to create colourful, long lasting designs on these products - so get creative!

Our newly developed fabric is made with a mechanical stretch for better comfort and is a new innovative way of giving comfort to a 100% natural long stapled, compact cotton fabric. It gives elasticity of up to 12% stretch, whilst keeping our great NON-IRON performance.
