GOVERNMENTAL CENTer
The governmental center is set in a development site along the A101 (one of the main streets, which connects the center of Moscow with the extension) and the Airport-to-airport (connecting periphery to periphery). This gives it a preferred position to easily reach both the city center of Moscow and the new clusters of the extension. The river and the forest form a valley that allows placing this new city within a context of favorable amenities. The various programs of each center find their place around a central public square, which ultimately also orders the hierarchy between them. A multimodal station creates a link between the tramway and the express train, serving the influx of laborers and tourists, that will come to see the new Moscow and its iconic buildings in an idyllic natural setting. Although this cluster is essentially governmental it produces a
programmatic mix that allows new workers and residents to find all the services offered by the center. Governmental buildings coexist with those of all necessary jurisdictions, but also with housing, services and amenities that are the preconditions for the start of a new city that has to be opened to the extension and the adjacent urbanized territories. Правительственный центр располагается на территории, прилежащей к А101 (одна из главных улиц, которая связывает центр города с новым центром присоединяемых территорий) и линии из Аэропорта в Аэропорт (которая связывает периферии). Такое расположение создает ему благоприятные условия, благодаря которым из него легко добраться как до
центра города, так и в новые кластеры. Река и лес формируют живописную долину,которая позволяет разместить правительственный кластер в благоприятных условиях. Каждая часть программы находит свое место вокруг центрального общественного пространства, которое устанавливает иерархию между объектами. Мультимодальный вокзал связывает скоростной трамвай и экспресс поезд, которые обслуживают ежедневный поток работников и туристов, приезжающих посмотреть на новую Москву и ее новые здания-символы на фоне идиллической природы. Даже если этот кластер монофункционален, здесь существует множество функций, связанных с обеспечением работников всеми необходимыми услугами. Это здесь располагаются все правительственные здания, администрации, жилье и сервисы необходимые для создания города на новых территориях.
