The Linen Quarter is one of the most vibrant areas of Belfast with up to £1 billion of investment due to land in the next 10 years. Linen Quarter BID's Term Two Business Plan covers 50 additional projects that will be delivered over 5 years, from 2023 to 2028. The District covers 50 hectares stretching from the new Grand Central Station to the Gasworks, and from the South side of City Hall to Shaftesbury Square. Priorities for the area include safe & clean, promoted & vibrant, healthy & sustainable, and regeneration & investment.
