Russell “Blaine” Blackmon Sr. (Feb. 6, 1947-April 12, 2017) previously of Culpeper, Va. died in Dayton, Tenn. Devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother. Blaine was an U.S. Air Force Veteran, retired AT&T employee, baseball coach, football coach and friend to many! Now rests with the Lord. We love you and can’t wait to see you again!
