The LEESBURG PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a public hearing on THURSDAY, JUNE 19, 2014 AT 7:00 P.M. to consider Variation TLSV-2014-0001, a request by Gordon MacDowell to waive the requirement to provide a public sidewalk along the owner’s Royal Street parking lot frontage as required per Sections 3.01 and 4.02 of the Leesburg Subdivision and Land Development Regulations.
