MATH 24. 96 students from third to sixth grade took part in the annual Math 24 competition held Thursday afternoon at Floyd T. Binns Middle School. The fast-paced competition challenged the students' fundamental math skills; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. THIRD GRADE WINNERS. Third Grade Winners at Math 24 were: 1st Dylan Trull, 2nd Beckett Capellini, 3rd Abby Rice, 4th Samantha Thomas.

RIBBON CUTTING. Spectrum Physical Therapy and the Culpeper Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting March 19 at their new location at 16260 Bennett Road, Culpeper. The business opened in August 2016 and moved to its current location March 5.“This is where we always wanted to be,” Maria Gallery said. “We were waiting for it to be built out.”The business offers Physical therapy, occupational therapy - specializing in hand therapy, the only therapist in Culpeper who does - TMD, dry needling, sports medicine and workman’s compensation. Spectrum is open Monday and Wednesday 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call 540-727-0737.
