House Sold @ the Auction – Cheap & Black Listed Like any other persons they bought a house at R381000 through mortgage bond finance with a bank and they failed to keep up with monthly repayment and the Bank repossessed their property, and it was bought at the Auction for R170,000 merely after 3 years and their names are now black listed with ITC. The person who bought the property only paid R19,250 for deeds transfer costs with the attorneys and not R170,000 as this person

managed to find the new buyer this property at R440,000 within a week after the auction, simply making this person R264,000 less R19250 costs = R244,750 profit before Agency’s fees of R20,804. What could they have done right to prevent this loss & being black listed? 1.
