ACCOMMODATING DIVERSITY IN LOCAL COMMUNITIES The nature of our communities has changed, partly due to the increased movement of people from their countries of origin. This can present challenges to people living in local communities and there are many myths & significant misinformation about ‘the new Irish.’ This once-off workshop aims to dispel the myths & misinformation about immigrants & the prejudice & stereotypes.
