Thanks SO much for your interest in Cheap Therapy. Even though we now partner with more thn 300 galleries, book stores and other shops across the U.S., I still consider this a small business. It is genuinely a labor of love. Each piece is created in my home studio with the overwhelming support of my wonderdog Blossom (she's very creative). We love to imagine the people who will receive what we're creating. We hope you will be one of those people.

Together we are making HUGE RIPPLES because 95% of Cheap Therapy's profit goes to some incredible charities around the world.

PART OF THE CHEAP THERAPY STORY

Yay & Thanks! How it all started... I've always loved to send homemade cards to people. In fact, my sister teased that I send them to taxi drivers and toll booth operators. Well I just did that once. OK, twice, but they were both exceptionally kind souls! Anyway, when I stepped-out of a long banking career, due to the adventures of multiple sclerosis, I decided to start making cards and journals to donate to places where I'd once donated money. To my surprise, people started contacting me to actually buy my stuff. So, Cheap Therapy was born.

Because of the way my body limits my energy, I work hard at finding and maintaining a healthy balance. Making paper art is a great way to do just that.

Handmade Books and Journals Cheap Therapy handmade journals are available in three sizes Small (SJ) 5x7 $7.00 Medium (MJ) 6x9 $9.00 Large (LJ) 9x12 $12.00

ABCs for Life offers a word, quote and several questions for you to ponder (or ignore until you're ready to ponder...) for each letter of the alphabet (yep, even Q, X and Z!) I've included many of my own most profound lessions... some of which I even wanted to learn. This book is 9x12 and can be covered with just about any kind of cover paper you would like. $15.00 (ABC)

They are filled with 20 pages of handmade paper and bound with a beaded stick. I even write a special message in the back of each journal and ABC book describing where I found the stick that binds it. I love to find sticks and I love to get them from friends across the country too (hint - hint!) As with Life... the cover paper choices are infinite, but don't worry, I'll help you choose.

My First Year is definitely not 'just another baby book'. In addistion to providing lots of space for photos and memorabilia, it also provides a place to record all those precious firsts! This book is 9x12. Cover paper options are almost unlimited. $15.00 (BABY)

I've also created a Wedding Guest book that provides enough space for guests to leave a personal message for the couple. Both of these books are 9x12 and cover papers are wedding appropriate. (Yes, special requests are welcome) $15.00 (WM or WG)

BOOKS & JOURNALS

For couples planning their wedding, I've created Wedding Memories. This book is a wonderful way for the couple to record everything from why they are getting married to the details of their wedding and of course, plenty of space for photographs and memories.
