Bialik College Kitchen Garden Program        

Ingredients      40ml  extra  virgin  olive  oil    1  tablespoon  lemon  juice    ½  clove  garlic,  peeled  &  finely   chopped    sea  salt  &  pepper    6  Lebanese  cucumbers,  seeds   removed,  finely  diced    handful  of  basil  leaves,  finely   chopped    handful  of  mint  leaves,  finely   chopped    2  tablespoons  seeds,  toasted    

 

 

    Equipment        chopping  board    knife    spoon    frying  pan    metric  measuring  spoons  

Method:   1. Combine  the  olive  oil,  lemon  juice,  garlic,  salt  &  pepper  and  mix   well.   2. Combine  salad  ingredients.   3. Toast  seeds.   4. Dress  salad  and  place  seeds  on  top  and  serve.
