Bialik College Kitchen Garden Program    

Ingredients:  

Equipment:  

 

 4  cups  mixed  green  salad  leaves,   tightly  packed.    1  cup  snowpea  sprouts  or  any  other    2  medium  cucumbers,  chopped    1  avocado,  cubed    1  tablespoon  chia  seeds    1  tablespoon  sunflower  seeds    1  tablespoon  pumpkin  seeds    ¼  cup  parsley,  chopped    Dressing:    1  tablespoon  lemon  juice    1/8  cup  apple  cider  vinegar    ¼  cup  extra  virgin  olive  oil    ½  tablespoon  wholegrain  mustard    salt/pepper  to  taste  

 

    

Method:   1. Place  all  ingredients  for  the  salad  in  a  large  bowl  (except  for  parsley)  and   toss  until  combined.   2. In  a  jar,  shake  up  dressing  ingredients  until  combined.   3. Pour  over  salad  and  top  with  fresh  parsley.
