Poppy seed Salad Dressing Bialik College Kitchen Garden Program
Equipment: blender metric measuring spoons/cups knife chopping board spatula
Ingredients: ½ onion, roughly chopped 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard ¼ cup raw sugar 1/3 cider vinegar 1 small clove garlic, crushed 1 tablespoon poppy seeds 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Method: 1. Blend onion, salt, mustard, sugar, vinegar and garlic in the blender. 2. Add oil slowly. 3. Add poppy seeds and pepper to the blender and combine. 4. Put in a jar and shake well before serving.
