CROSS CREEK RANCH KAYAK DEMO DAY Residents enjoyed a beautiful Saturday on the lake at the Cross Creek Ranch Kayak demo day with Fishing Tackle Unlimited. Kayak enthusiasts got to test out stand up paddle boards and nearly ten different kayaks.
On Saturday, June 8th from 11-2pm kids and adults got to shred their unwanted papers while enjoying free ice cream.

Range: Can be found throughout the Eastern two-thirds of Texas. Habitat/Habits: Open hard woodlands, river bottoms and pine forests with interspersed clearings; feeds primarily on nuts, acorns, seeds, fungi and buds of trees; buries nuts singly; nests in cavities in trees or builds twig and leaf nests in branches; lives to 10 years.
