How Aligning to Pr ogr essively Higher Fr equencies W ILL Change Your Reality We usually use the Law of Attraction to manifest very specific things in our lives, like a car, money, maybe a partner? sometimes we get results, sometimes only small parts of our wishes are manifested ? and often things go as quickly as they came. Then we?re back again in a life which is all in all a bit dull and missing the real joy and fun most of the time. Why is it that we so often fall back, and what can we do about it? The key to manifesting a lasting, joyful and happy life is our overall frequency. The sum of all we are resonating with. The higher this frequency, the more loving, expanding and joyful our life is in general ? without the need to put any effort into specifically manifest anything additionally (however, manifesting is much more easy Page 4 - December, 2015
from there on). So, if we are aligned to higher frequencies in general, we don?t have to put all of our effort and energy into keeping up a few, short-lived manifestations. To raise our overall vibratory rate, a very practical approach is to align to specific higher vibrating energies, which I call ?Energy Codes?, while at the same time getting rid of low vibrating (darker) Codes. This allows us to do this work step- by- step and in a sustainable manner, without the need to address too many details.
W hy Does Al i gnment t o Speci f i c Codes Change Our Real i t y? The Law of Attraction is very simple ? you attract what you are on every level. On the level of human interaction, the resonance of you triggers similar resonances in everyone around you, making them feel the same resonance ? be it high or low. (Most people don?t feel it consciously, but it still effects them!)

The Law doesn?t only work ?in the moment?, and isn?t restricted to time & space ? the more you are aligned to higher vibrating feelings, the more your reality will reflect this energy back to you. Even if you begin with just feeling 5 minutes of gratitude each morning, and maybe 5 minutes of excitement for the day to come, it will gradually change the situations and people that you interact with. On an energy level, you get exactly what you send out? so feeling 5 minutes of love will return at least 5 back to you, which makes an overall of 10 minutes? and these 10 minutes where you feel love& beloved will create another 10 minutes and so on! While this won?t manifest specific situations it will definitely create a more joyful and happy life for you. If you feel happy & joyful ? does it matter what situation you are in? The more you practice the alignments, the more your overall vibration will rise and stay on higher levels? enabling you to create ever brighter manifestations.`
If you feel grateful (gratitude has a quite high frequency, since it is already in the ?giving? spectrum), you not only feel good yourself, but it stimulates gratitude in everyone around you. And isn?t it cool if everyone around you feels grateful? This one is particularly helpful in situations where you interact with people. No matter what the purpose of the given situation is ? if you give or receive or both ? always feel grateful while doing it, or at least at the end. If the feeling is pure, it will be triggered in the other ` one, too, and they feel grateful for whatever your interaction was about, keeping you in good memory.

Here are a few examples of energies to align to, ordered by their frequency (lower to higher). There are lots more, and some have attributes which are useful in specific situations (like Courage), while others are vibrations that we can align to 24 hours/ day (Acceptance would be a good example of this) -

The Freedom t hat Comes wi t h I nner Al i gnment One of the benefits of learning to align to high vibrating energies is maybe not very obvious at first. We already said that it will change your life to be more and more vibrant? but something else happens which is maybe even more profound. Since you learn to invoke the feelings at your will, you become more and more proficient in feeling whatever way you want, whenever you want ? no matter what the outer situation is! Of course, there are situations when it is harder to feel gratitude or love than in others ? but we can still try! If a high frequency energy like ?unconditional love? isn?t working, because our neighbor is really a pain in the? again, we can at least try to align to neutrality. This doesn?t mean we have to agree to his behavior, we still can tell him what we think and explain our boundaries ? but from the standpoint of neutrality or a higher vibration it will have more power, and he will more likely agree with us than if we just yell at him in all our rage and anger. W hat To Do On a Pract i cal Level for t hi s Al i gnment Aligning means to gradually adjust to something, and to more and more internalize the pure feeling of it, while at the same time getting rid of non- matching energies. We need to embrace the innermost feeling of the vibration to finally get the essence. Here are some exercises to help you do this:`
1. Remember t he Feel i ng Remembering the feeling of a situation our past with the desired resonance. For Example, when did you feel really loved? Maybe in your childhood? Or when your best friend gave you a hug when you most needed it? Remember the feeling, and let it spread, expand and really flow through you. Embrace it!
2. Cont empl at e t he Feel i ng Another example, if you want to align to inner safety and feelings of cozy and warm security? remember or imagine the feeling when sitting in front of a warm log- fire in your house, in t` he midst of a winter storm. Again, embrace it, let it spread and expand throughout your being, washing away everything else. Sometimes we don?t really know what something feels like? because we maybe never experienced it in this lifetime, or only know a distorted version of it. Then it helps to read some articles about it, think of situations where we/ others might feel this, or look at pictures and watch movies showing experiences with these feelings. Contemplate the articles, let the feelings of the pictures and scenes sink in? become very still and see what is coming up from deep inside you ? trust it, some part of your being already knows how everything feels like!

Weare certainly living in changing times! Everyone we speak to today seems to be experiencing internal shifts in their thinking, their feelings, and their personal lives. Most people are realizing that they are aware that their emotions are speaking to them differently now and they are reacting to that more now than ever. It feels like at times we aren't even in charge of our own emotions, however, (and here is an interesting part) we actually ARE in charge! We are in charge of our own feelings, thoughts, and emotions because we are currently going through a cycle in time that is increasing and expanding our personal recognition of the Subconscious mind.

While the world is still reeling from the effects of war, many are now bracing for something that could be worse. As I overhear all of this, I hear an underlying victim mentality. We?re victims of storms.
While you may not want to stand in the path of war, you don?t have to cower under the bed, either. As odd as it may sound, I believe that if enough of us think positive, we can create a counter storm of sorts. We can protect ourselves and our loved ones with our thoughts.

Increasingly, through articles, books, podcasts, conversations, advice from our coaches, etc., we are being encouraged to use our intuition in all areas of our life. For me, I sense words, other people sense images, or catch whiffs of aromas, or sense tastes. Intuition communicates as the unexpected image that flashes through our minds eye, or a phrase or song lyric that pops into our mind from nowhere and is completely out of context with what we had just been thinking about. Eck hart Tol l e When first crafting the spiritual/ energy principles to be tested in E-Squared, I spent many an hour pondering the wording. On several, I stated ?your thoughts and your consciousness? impact? .this or that. Part of me wondered, ?Isn?t that redundant?? Writers would rather poke knitting needles in their eyes than be redundant. But the more I thought about it, the more I realized that thoughts and consciousness, while certainly joined at the hip, are two different animals. Thoughts are derived from our consciousness, but it?s our consciousness that provides the framework, the meat, the juice, the final answer. It?s the level of our consciousness that shapes and molds the reality that plays out in our lives. And there are many levels of consciousness, each with different rules, principles, characteristics and attributes. For example, if you reside in the victim consciousness (?Things happen TO me,? ?Life sucks and then you die? are a few standard thoughts from this level), you can affirm and intend all you want, but your consciousness, the driver of your reality, which believes affirmations and intentions are a bunch of hooey always gets the last word. When you spend most of your waking hours in that consciousness (and it?s a very popular consciousness), your channels are plugged up. All the good that wants to come your way can?t get through. Because we live in a multi-dimensional universe, there are dozens of different levels of consciousness, oftentimes residing in one person. For the purpose of this discussion, I?ve broken it down into four major consciousness categories. Each of these levels has dozens of subsets, all that play out in different ways in our lives. Who you desire to be is entirely up to you. It is not anyone's role to state what you desire is right or wrong. Being your sovereign self means deciding, being and becoming who you desire to be. No one else can make those decisions for you. Nor can you make those decisions for others. People can tell you, and many will, what they believe is best for you. We experience this all our lives from our parents, teachers, friends, siblings, religions, bosses and communities. The key to being a sovereign self is deciding from your heart who you are and who you desire to become. The application of becoming your sovereign self not only brings you power and wealth, it brings you love, health and joy. Becoming your sovereign self is a journey and is a forever process of fine tuning who you are being. Nevertheless, with all inward journeys it is important to build a solid foundation. It is my belief that we have five core drivers. These are love, joy, understanding, unity and freedom. Love drives them all but each are the heart of your energies and your higher self. A good corollary to the core drivers would be the foundation of a house. If the foundation of your house is not built correctly, it does not matter how wonderful the house is, once the weak foundation collapses the house will collapse with it. The core drivers are our solid foundation, as they will ensure whatever you build upon them will not collapse. Your core drivers strengthen and enhance all parts of your energy body. They facilitate and bolster the success of every energy technique, spiritual teaching, meditation and the higher self exercises you perform. The core drivers are the center of who you are. Be them in all you do and you will notice the Universe responds strongly and quickly
to your desires. You are a master and you are the power. No one else can be this for you. In the end it is you who creates every change in your life and you should be proud of every change you have created or gone through, because make no mistake, no teacher can make those changes for you. They can only point out various routes they believe will get you where you want to go - but the choices are yours. Normally, I am one of those people who is ?in
I obviously must need to pay attention to the world but not of it,? but lately, my something smaller and deeper, something only consciousness has been drawn as though by reachable through stillness, something present gravity into the practical, logistical, physical even in the mundane. One part of me pushes world where I have become a captive of daily restlessly against the walls, while another part detail. At times, life has even seemed to retract senses that behind it all a wave is coming to lift like a surprised turtle, offering no fluidity at all. I me, and all of us, into a new kind of lit-up have not been traveling to distant lands or self-expression, to a new level of energy that addressing large audiences or reaching into the we?ll come to know as normal. Perhaps we?re higher realms for inspiring subjects to write cocooning, preparing, gathering ourselves. I about. The left brain may label this as a time of chaos and negativity, or it will throw you into irritability, reactionary behavior, panic, avoidance, addiction, manic activity, numbness, or depression ? just to have something to do. It might prefer to fill the liminal space with hyperactivity, drama, trauma, or an accident or illness ? anything but nothingness! Many people I talk to are identifying with these left-brain coping mechanisms, thinking they themselves are crazy, incompetent, unevolved, unworthy, or a failure because ?life isn?t working.? They say they feel stuck. I think this is the left brain talking, not the soul. The soul is never stuck.
This melting process is really a key part of transformation. I recently participated in a group dialogue about the concept of ?liminal space? ? and the term intrigued me. ?Liminal? relates to the idea of the threshold. In fact, it pertains to the space on either side of a threshold. That caught my attention because usually we think of what comes before a threshold is reached, and not so much about what comes immediately after, before the new form solidifies.
If, on the other hand, you are more practiced in perceiving from your right brain, body, heart, and intuition, you will probably feel liminal space as a sort of sabbatical or important pause. You probably trust the Flow and the evolution process, and are more comfortable being with the moment as it is, knowing there is wisdom to be had by paying close attention and feeling into your experience. Waiting doesn?t cause impatience. Being quiet doesn?t feel like the Void. Feeling spacious and full of potential is downright pleasurable. This is the soul perceiving liminal space.
So many of us are in liminal space right now. Perhaps we?re about to cross a threshold, or have already crossed it but don?t quite know it. We all interpret this experience differently, of course, but you can count on a few things: you feel ?in-between,? that you don?t know, that the old way is boring or damaging to your body and soul, and that you are out of your comfort zone. You haven?t found an answer yet, can?t seem to imagine your ?future,? the Flow seems to have stopped, and you?re losing meanings and security. If you are a left-brain dominant person, your left brain will go nuts in this undefined state. It wants to know what to do, what to emphasize, what to plan for. It wants to figure something out. It does

physical and you can learn to be your soul and be soul-directed. In liminal space you are being asked to occupy the present moment fully, to be still and transparent. Here you must be comfortable being timeless, you must become the pause. Liminal space acts like a magnet. Its very openness and peacefulness can catalyze the experience of compassion if you drop into it and be with it purely and innocently. It can also draw forth everything that is not in harmony with spiritual truth and unconditional love ? the clutter in your personal field that prevents you from experiencing yourself as the soul. If a disturbance occurs while you?re in liminal space, it certainly points to a deeper issue you are trying to see through to and dissolve. If you wait and watch or feel for the tip of the issue, you may sense it as a glimmer in the space. If you give it attention it will come to you and reveal itself to you so you can understand.

As that stage unfolded, I found myself wanting to sleep in the guest room of my house for a month, joking to friends that, ?I am a guest in my own life.? Truthfully, I enjoyed the feeling of visiting this new place and perspective ? opening to my up-and-coming life. Perhaps this was my version of a universal process ? how we become more of an observer and allow our identity to shift to a higher frequency. Especially during the Thanksgiving and Christmas/ Hanukah/ New Year?s season, we tend to stuff ourselves, stretching our stomachs so more food is required to be satisfied after the holidays are over. That?s one way to get old and unhealthy fast. The one well-studied and proven technique you can use to turn back the clock is calorie restriction. That?s something that all the scientists and researchers who study anti-aging agree upon, based on the results of numerous studies. I?m definitely not talking about starving yourself, or leaving the table still hungry ? I am suggesting, though, to stop before you?re full. There?s a Japanese practice called ?hara hachi bu,? translated ?belly 80 percent full.?Since it takes about 20 minutes for our stomach to communicate its ?fullness?to the brain, it?s best to stop when you feel 80% full. (You can take a guess as to what 80% feels like.) Have you ever eaten until full, only to find yourself feeling over-stuffed twenty minutes later? This Confucian teaching is designed to keep the belly from being too full. It?s practiced by the Okinawans in Japan, who are documented as having incredible longevity. sit down to eat, play with the experience of what it feels like to be 80 percent full. Another way to eat a sufficient but not excessive amount of food is to take your time and chew thoroughly. By slowing down and chewing thoroughly you get more of the nutrients than if you gobble your food, and your stomach has a chance to tell your brain that it?s had enough. Of course, even though calorie restriction for greater longevity is widely accepted by scientists, the average person doesn?t seem motivated to cut down on calories. Changing your diet to a healthier one, however, can also help you grow younger. More scientific support for just how significant dietary changes can be in helping us grow younger comes from Cynthia Kenyon, PhD, geneticist and director of the Hillblom Center for the Biology of Aging at the University of California San Francisco. Her lab research has shown that reducing carbohydrates influences two key genes in the body that govern longevity and youthfulness. Limited carbohydrate consumption proved in the lab to turn down the gene that controls insulin production, and when that gene was ?off?another gene was switched on ? one that acts like an elixir of life.
She said this second gene, DAF 16 (which she dubbed Sweet Sixteen), brings many anti-aging benefits such as boosting compounds that make the skin and muscle-building proteins work properly, and stimulating the immune system. Reducing carbohydrates and increasing antioxidants also lessen the impact of free radicals. Those are the rascals that lead to inflammation, which is a key component in most common diseases associated with aging today. There is a great debate among humans as to where one goes when one dies. Some say Heaven, some say nowhere, some don?t know, and many don?t want to think about it. If there is a Heaven, a place of joy, peace, and bliss, then the good people must go there. But what about the bad people? The good people deserve to go to a good place when they die. They did good things. They lived the right way. They helped other people. They loved people and managed their behavior in such a way that society judged them to be good. Certainly, their good behavior grants them special consideration in the afterlife, doesn?t it? Well, sorry to say, it just doesn?t work this way. You?re looking at the whole thing from a human perspective. If you can look at it from our nonphysical perspective, you can see how things really work.

Imagine that you were in Heaven first and from there you decided to come to Earth. Right now you think you existed on Earth first and then you?ll be going to Heaven for the first time (or Hell if you don?t make the cut). But this is a flawed premise. You must have come from somewhere. You didn?t just pop into reality out of thin air. You chose to come here from your place in Heaven, or as we call it, nonphysical. There is physical reality and there is nonphysical reality. You are not either here or there, you are always here and there. You exist in both realities simultaneously. As you are living your physical existence, believing that what you?re experiencing is physical reality, there is a part of you, your
inner self, who remains nonphysically focused. Your inner self is you. It?s the larger part of you. It is the inner you. Your inner self is your guide while you experience physical life in this incarnation of self. So then, if you came from the nonphysical and you chose to be in this physical life, why did you want to do that? What is it about physical life that would make a nonphysical being want to come here? Because it?s fun. Because you get to actually experience things on another level altogether. Because it expands your perspective. Because it?s interesting. Why do you want to go to Disney World? It?s the same concept. From your perspective, you would not want to experience any discomfort, any sorrow, any struggle, or anything negative. Yet, these are clarifying moments and they help you to understand just how wonderful the wonderful moments are. In the nonphysical, you live blissfully free from fear or discomfort of any kind. However, you cannot really experience anything. It?s like watching a film of a roller coaster ride and then experiencing the real, tangible thrill of the ride itself. The physical experience is exhilarating. If you come here for the fun and adventure of physical experience, are there any rules? Won?t you be judged on how well you do? Aren?t there things you need to get done? Certainly, you must help others, right? Certainly, you must live good and proper lives if you want to get the most out of this life and be judged favorably for your actions, right?
There are no rules you must follow. There are laws which govern the operating system, but you are free to do what you like and utilize those laws for good or bad, for right or wrong. However, we must express to you that there is no wrong or bad anywhere in the universe, including here on Earth. What you judge as bad or wrong is due to your limited perspective. From the larger perspective, there is no wrong and there can be nothing bad. In fact, in the nonphysical realm there is no judgment of any kind. Everything is considered good and right. Everyone gets to go back to Heaven regardless of their actions, attitudes, and behaviors while on Earth. Hitler is in Heaven right now. However, you wouldn?t recognize him. Imagine going to a playground where you could do anything you wanted and there was no possibility of anything bad happening. You could play on all the equipment and you could never get hurt. You could play rough with your friends and they could never get hurt because no matter what happened on the playground, as soon as you stepped off it, you were fully healed instantly. Earth is the playground we are referring to and everyone on it is a friend. You might play lovingly and gently with them, or you might be very rough. But once you step off, you will instantly be relieved on any pain, any hurt feelings, any regrets and any problems. Nothing unwanted follows you from the playground. Earthly playground is here to support any experience you wish to explore. One of the major laws of the universe is the Law of Attraction which states that like attracts like. Lovers attract and haters attract. To be lovers, you must see the positive aspects of one another. To be haters, you must fear one another. The victim needs the attacker, etc. You get to experience anything you like, without judgment of any kind. Humans create laws, standards of behavior, and taboo, yet these are created out of fear. Fear does not exist in the nonphysical, so there are no rules and also no judgment. Judgment can only come as a result of rules. You must judge whether one has violated your own rules. You are so used to judging each other, you project this notion onto God. But your perception of God is quite flawed. You can experience all that you like in this life and as you experience life, God experiences it through you. God is infinite and chooses infinite experiences whether you judge God?s decision to do so as good or bad. God does not see it that way. God understands the laws of the universe and knows that no matter how wonderful or horrific you view certain events, God understands that all experiences are beneficial. You can have, be, and do anything you like by focusing on what you want and allowing everyone else to believe or do whatever they want. You don?t need to help anyone, for they are on their path and their path is right for them. They are being guided just as you are. You don?t need to judge anyone or make them wrong, for they are doing the best they can. You are here to experience your own unique experience and no one can judge you for that.

What's unique about Law of Attraction Journaling is that it?s not a core dump; it?s deliberately picking a few words about what wants to be improved, what's not yet quite right. Mutaz Mango and Basma Omar threw a wedding party for Syrian, Iraqi, and other refugees of different nationalities living in the Jordanian capital of Amman. The celebration was held in the King Ghazi Hotel, located in the city?s historic downtown area, where guests were treated to traditional Jordanian food and musical entertainment. Mr Mango has been helping displaced refugees in Jordan by volunteering for the Collateral Repair Project (CRP), a non-profit organisation assisting those who have been forced to flee their country because of armed conflict or persecution. ?The celebration gave urban refugees the opportunity to do something they have not done in a long time, if ever: celebrate and enjoy their new lives here in Amman,? explained the CRP. ?In addition to providing food, music, and entertainment for the refugee community, the couple partnered with CRP to hand out food vouchers, which they went on to deliver in person. These food vouchers were able to feed 36 families, or 96 children and 76 adults. ?Mr Mango realises that he and his wife are fortunate and that, if political situations were to change, his new family could end up in the same position.? The kind-hearted couple are also planning to donate all of their wedding gifts to urban refugees. This school has some truly stand-up students. A group of kids at McIntyre Elementary School, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, have created a special bench to make sure their fellow classmates aren't left out on the playground. Called the "Buddy Bench," students can use the seat as a safe and supportive place to let others know they'd like to be included in playtime, but may be too shy to ask. The PTSO approved the students' pitch, and designated funds to install a bright metal bench with a cheerful sign that reads "Buddy Bench" on the school's playground. The simple concept has resonated with the students, and already has created a more inclusive environment within the school community. "Each day, I go to recess and see the buddy bench working," Farrell said. "The lessons they are learning now will benefit them their entire lives. I do understand why people don?t like New Year?s resolutions: They can be a source of failure, year after year. Folks often pick resolutions that are inherently unrewarding, that necessitate relentless hard work, or that remind them of their mortality in a way that makes them feel small instead of grateful.

I begin slowly around the winter solstice, and inch myself toward a newer, better self. By spring, my new habits have taken hold, and the green leaves of growth unfurl. we feel like we are a part of a group or a clan. Even introverts don?t like to feel lonely; this may seem like the science of the blazingly obvious, but it bears repeating. Do you frequently feel isolated or lonely? Make a resolution to routinely reach out to others. Not sure how, or feel too busy? Join or start a group that meets regularly? maybe on the first Monday of the month, or every Friday at lunch. Some of my closest friends have come from book clubs, church groups, and standing family dinners. When we routinize our friendships, we remove the hassle of scheduling, and increase the odds that we?ll actually spend time with people we love or want to get to know better. 2. Everyday, f ind a way t o give somet hing t o somebody. My favorite happiness booster is to give t hanks: to a higher power for the abundance that surrounds me; to my dad for taking my kids to ice cream; to my main squeeze for all the ways he supports my work. Equally good is to give something else? a helping hand, a compliment, a much needed $5 bill? even if it is just a tiny act of kindness. In a world that is more focused on getting than giving, a New Year?s resolution to do one kind thing each day, or to give thanks in one small way, is a pretty radical act. When we make giving a habit, we make gratitude and kindness central themes in our lives. In so doing, we transform our lives with joy. 3. Get more sl eep and exercise. I know, that?s not one resolution, it?s two, but the science around these physical happiness boosters is pretty compelling. Studies are clear: You?ll be less stressed, less sick, and less grouchy in the New Year if you get more shut-eye. Try increasing your sleep 10 minutes a night for a week, and then another 10 the next week, and so on until you are regularly getting your eight hours. If you aren?t active, you want to lose a few pounds, or you frequently feel a bit depressed, try adding more activity into your life in a way that feels fun or luxurious. I like to hike with my friend Jen and her ecstatically joyful dog Lou. It takes a couple hours out of my day (that?s the luxurious part, since I?m so strapped for time) but it leaves me feeling as bright and happy as Lou. On days when I don?t have time for a hike, I walk on a treadmill while watching Modern Family. This is luxurious and fun because I don?t watch TV at any other time. It is miraculous to me that people can change themselves simply because they want to. New Year?s resolutions are an amazing act of creation, an art form where the canvas is the self.
