Sheridan Hollow is a neighborhood located just north of downtown Albany and South of Arbor Hill. A redevloment project of the area was led by Habitat for Humanity, Housing Visions, the City of Albany and 3tarchitects who held a public charette to design a masterplan. The design outcome includes a new streetscape, affordable housing, green spaces, and public services, leading the design was 3tarchtiects. While interning for their mrm, I contributed to the creation of construction documents using REVIT. I created foundation plans for the 187 - 197 units, helped draft the elevations and created the ANSI 2003 complient bathroom facilities sheets.

FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT USONIAN HOUSE 3tarchitects, Albany, NY Housing Development Project

AutoCAD Sections Elevations Plans Details Formating Construction Documents

The Frank Lloyd Wright Usonian House was a Frank Lloyd Wright design that was never realized. Mesick-Cohen-Wilson-Baker Architects wes hired by Florida Southern College to create a working design where the house would be used as a Tourism and Education Center and a renovated Bunglow across the street would be used as a gift shop. Custom blocks were perfected over a course of two years by The North Brookmeld Shop. They are made of natural cement with colored glass inserts. I was part of the design team in the summer of 2010 and helped generate the set of construction documents.

PIRANESIUM

FIRENZE DESIGN STUDIO | 4TH YEAR

ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR ADOBE PHOTOSHOP AUTOCAD RHINOCEROS AXON STUDIES SECTIONAL PERSPECTIVE PLANS

The cenotaph honors Piranesi and is inspired by his Carceri (prision) Plates. The experience leads you through Dante’s 9 levels of hell eventually releasing you into heaven, A light mlled box surroundd by a calm body of water and garden. The lighting emulates the light in Piranesi’s etchings. Piranesi wanted each person viewing his paintings to experience the fear and sublimity of the scene. The spaces of hell are meant to re-kindle those feelings through a set of spaces honoring his work. The site for this project is adjacent to the Palazzo Ufmzi in Firenze.
