So you CrossFit now. Which means you may be more aware of the fuel you put in your body. After all, you want to feed the machine with quality eats so you aren’t puking after 50 burpees or 100 double-unders, right? Even if you don’t adhere to a strict paleo or Zone diet, you may have figured out that pizza before—or after—a WOD doesn’t always settle the best on your stomach, or drinking Coca Cola instead of water doesn’t quench your thirst. But what’s a guy or gal to do when going out to eat, or on the go in crazy busy Miami? What if you don’t always have Cristie’s Fitness Fuel or your own healthy home cooking right at your fingertips?
