Ville De L’amour

City of Love

Experience and explore your desires and discover and new world of wine.

Vin-X Limited was formed in March 2010 by a team of seasoned

investment professionals

with backgrounds in stock-broking, wine investment and retail. Having witnessed first hand the challenges faced by investors navigating the investment landscape in recent years with the impact of the banking crises on stock-market performance, even the old faithful blue-chip stocks and bonds have struggled to perform along with unpredictable swings in oil and other staple commodities have led even the bravest to seek out less turbulent waters. Remarkably, it has become very apparent that a worthy contender for investor focus is fine wine and in particular the clarets of Bordeaux. The Vin-X team were formed to specialise in investment in this area and its aim to

introduce private and professional investors to this very ‘liquid investment asset’.

aris, the city of lovers, lights, fashion and food. With over 2.2 million inhabitiants in the city alone. Its no wonder

Paris thrives itself for its significant commercial, academic, scientific, administrative and business culture.

The city was found over 2000 years ago by the Gauls of the Parisii tribe who settled there between 250 and 200 BC. Once settled, they found a fishing village within an island in the river that to this day is the Ile de la Cité -- the center around which Paris developed. During the Roman era, leader Julius Caesar chose to rename the city to Lutetia (Lutèce),

but luckily the name has never stuck.

Fromagerie - Cheese. Like the baguette, cheese is also served as a regular as part of your daily meals. It is recommended that you also eat the cheese on that all famous baguette! now been exported and grown specifically sourced all over the world as from our finest vineyards collection of wines

Our Merlot grapes have come a long way before they are sold and put onto the supermarket shelves. First starting its journey in a small vineyard in Aquitaine, just outside Bordeaux, France. Supplying the best grapes known to mankind. They are harvested even longer so they are grown to their full potential.

Our promise to you, is that every drip of our Merlot provides you with a taste sensation that will leave you feeling moist and wanting more. Mixed with an array of cherries, strawberries and currants. You’ll without a doubt have a taste of France wherever you go. Our Merlot also pairs beautifully with stronge cheeses, red pasta sauce, beef and chocolate.

‘Leave you feeling moist and wanting more, a taste sensation’

Pinot Grigio Like our Rose, our Pinot Grigio grapes have been harvested and produced in our Burgundy vineyard, Chevalier-Montrachet. The vineyards within this region of France are home to some of the most prestigious and in some cases most expensive wines in the world. The grapes usually begin their first harvest around the Summer months of Late August/early September

and will grow continuously right through until early January. This Pinot Grigio has been mixed with an array of peaches, apricots and pears. Giving you an exotic and fruity aroma. We also believe that our Pinot Grigio is without a doubt the reason Chevalier-Montrachet is so famous for its succulent and divine grapes and wine

This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with all types of seafood, chicken/ turkey and some lighter cheeses.

Rose Grown in the Burgundy vineyard of Chevalier-Montrachet, just like our Chardonnay, our Rose is grown from the Pinot Noir grape variety. For the wine to form into its pink colour we have to ensure that the grapes are fermented in half/less than half the time its takes for Red Grapes to ferment. We find that to provide the best flavours to our wine and in particular

our Rose, we must use the best fruits and ingrediants. This is why we’ve chosen to mix our Rose with a variety of Summer Fruits from Strawberries and Cherries to Rasberries and Blueberries. Our Rose can be enjoyed with any food that you wish to desire, but we do recommend trying this wine with an authentic Tandoori or Thai Chicken dish.
