KUSU AGM Notes
1. The Union shall hold an annual general meeting once in each calendar year. Not more than 18 months shall pass between the date of one annual general meeting and the next. The annual general meeting shall be held at such time and place as the Trustees shall think suitable to allow the maximum number of Members to attend. 2. The Constitution of KUSU states: The AGM shall be held in the first semester of each year. 3.

All the full time and part time officers making up the Executive Committee are expected to deliver annual reports that are showing their progress in: -Campaigns and projects detailed in officer manifestos -Differing situations/matters that arise in the university and nationally -Motions brought to previous Annual General Meetings Note, this is to mention that the officer reports are there to highlight the officers work in communicating the student voice through campaigns, projects etc… Not to deliver notification on the operational reports of Union Activities.
