Mission Statement Ligeâ€™s mission is to offer luxury handbags in an assortment of styles to accommodate young professional women. With a Lige bag our clients are able to wear any outfit and be able to look fashionable or casual. Our products are well made, and provide an excellent value. We provides customers with personalized customer service by ensuring the customerâ€™s needs are met by having a profile kept on our clients to have basic knowledge of their personal style. We ensure that we will establish long-term relationships with our clients and also retain new ones based on trust and satisfaction. Our mission is to provide quality handbags and good customer service that will set us apart form others and leave our customers with a memorable experience at the Lige Store!
Mission Philosophy The items that we sell arrange from wallets, purses, clutches, and traveling accessories. We want our customers to be able to wear a Lige item no matter if they are going to work or out with friends. Our spring collection launches January 2014 to July 2014. We strive to make products that are fresh, relevant, and innovative to appeal to our consumers’ demands for both fashion and functions. By us being unique, and providing luxury handbags that will last a lifetime. Our products will allow us to be a more successful store than our competitors. Lige’s is located in the women accessories department in every Nordstrom’s store in the United States.
Customer Psychographics Alexis is from the mid west. She recently graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor in marketing and advertising. Once Alexis graduated from college she got offered an amazing job in New York City to work for Elle magazine in the marketing department. She couldnâ€™t believe that her dream came true because she always dreamed of working for a magazine company. Since she has moved to New York her life has dramatically changed from being a college student to now being in the work force. This is what Alexis Life is like in the big city!
Customer Psychographics Alexis wakes up at 6am every morning, by the sound of her alarm clock that is on the side of bed. She is not a morning persons so Alexis stays in the bed for 5 minutes longer then she realizes that she has to get up and get her day started. Alexis’ daily routine in the morning is that she turns on Good Morning America and runs on her trail mill for 30-45 minutes. Once she is done working out she opens up her Mac Pro laptop to check her g mail and yahoo account. When she is done checking her mail she realizes that she has to get in the shower and get ready for work. While she is in the shower she listens to the number one radio talk show, The Breakfast Club, on Hot 105.1. She uses Dove soap and when she wants to smell fruity she will use Victoria Secret body wash. While she is in the shower, she is thinking about what she is going to wear to work. Ten minutes later, Alexis gets out of the shower, brushes her teeth with Crest toothpaste, lotions up with Dove lotions, and puts on Secret deodorant. She then finds the clothing that she is going to wear to work. She puts on a black pencil shirt that’s from Nordstrom, a white-collar shirt that’s from Banana Republic, blue jean jacket from Gap, and a pair of Black Jimmy Choo heels. Alexis is going to carry her Lige red business purses to work. After she is done getting dress she grabs a green apple and a bottle of water. She rides the subway to work and sometimes takes a taxi depending on the time. She has a Black Mercedes Benz that her parents bought her for graduation and lives in Harlem New York in a town house by herself.
Customer Psychographics Alexis is very focused on her career. She likes going out with her friends and going to Bar Louie to have half off happy hour martinis and appetizers. She likes shopping but she doesn’t shop as often as she did in college. Her favorite stores are Nordstrom, Macys and Saks Fifth Avenue. In her free time, she likes relaxing at home and cooking for her friends. She enjoys being at home because she is always on the go. Alexis is a single lady that plans on getting married and having children one day. She visits London every four months, and vacations at her parents’ timeshare. She doesn’t party and drink to often but when she does, she has a good time. She’s a young working lady that has very high standards in life.

This wall display is on fixture letter A, D, J, K, L, M, and N it has very innovative look whiled also providing the necessary functions and unique look that is unmatched by other stores. This fixture provides great support for bags that are big and also small. The fixture is 4.5 deep, 3/8 thick woods that are backing panel dimensions: 45.38 x 59 shelves. The wall fixture is stained cherry wood and it can hold up to 100 bags depending on how much weight and size of the merchandise.
This fixture is on letter F, E, G it is a solid ash wood showcase counter. The showcase counter can hold up to 450 merchandises in the drawer depending on the weight of the item. This showcase is mostly used for wallets, cosmetic case and small items. The glass shelves is 8” and 10” and the two shelves per row is 60” and 70”. The clear frame is 18 high glass display 6 x 16 base and the rows that are in the showcase are 38 h x 20 d. The fixture has a mirror sliding door that lock, an open storage, sliver aluminum frame, and a maple laminate with black laminate kick.
This is a rosewood laminate and gold frame quarter-vision and half-vision solid wood sides counter island. This fixture letter that it is used on is B, C, H, O, P, and I. It is a pre-assembled, tempered glass, quarter-vision case with one corner and solid wood veneer sides from top to bottom and a 12â€? high display area. The wood is cherry laminate with gold anodized aluminum frame. This fixture display can hold up to 680 depending on the size of the merchandise.

The Designer Lauren Lige’ began her career studying fashion business at Columbia College Chicago. Her expected graduation date is May 2014, where she will be graduating with Bachelors of Arts in Fashion Business. She’s was born and raised in St. Louis Missouri with her mother and brother that she loves dearly. When Lauren was ten years old, she attended a fashion show at Washington University in St. Louis Missouri with her aunt and was inspired of the bright clothing, and designs, she knew then that she wanted to be involved in the fashion industry. Lauren Lige’ is the CEO of the Lige’ store. Her first spring collection will be launching in January 21 2014. Her store will be located in the women accessories department in every Nordstrom’s store in the United States. She plans on expanding the store throughout the world in a few years. She is inspired by young professional women like herself, that loves fashion but that are not drawn towards following trends. She makes her designs to incorporate a rich pop of color into her collections each season, but also provide products that have an excellent value of uses.
