How to give to tower housings diversity and quality?
The tower opens towards the south. Terraces which benefit from the rays of the sun are offered to the housings on this side . On the other side, duplexes with a semi-exterior prolongation are settled to give quality to the housings. The uppest housings which can not benefit from terraces are compensated by a bigger size and the astonishing view provided by the tower. scoop out
