Because we believe now more than ever business has an opportunity to be a Force for Good in the world.

Globally we are experiencing so much flux, friction, change and uncertainty which has resulted in a huge lack of trust in our political, economic, social & technological. This is often referred to as the “PEST” factor.

We built the Conscious Business System based on our essential philosophy that by building trust and making conscious choices, instead of feeding into the uncertainty and lack of trust we are experiencing today, business has the opportunity to create a stabilizing effect in the world.

Based on our experience of working in business we recognise that every business needs to focus simultaneously on integrating 4 areas of growth. Â Often resources allocation is not adjusted to support the different phases of business growth.


Let’s breakdown the four areas of our methodology

Revenue – every business needs a flow of money to keep it going. It then needs the Infrastructure to support todays growth.

While doing that it also needs an eye of creating Future Strategic Growth and a planned infrastructure to support that growth.


What is a business if it doesn’t have people?

How the people in the business are integrated into the three other systems is what we call the, Human Dynamics, the 4th system.

 This is what we refer to as the integration of Human Dynamics & Business Mechanics.

A business which makes conscious decisions is fully aware of the integrations of these 4 systems. Â They move around in priority depending on the phase of growth of the business. In order to achieve this a business needs an eye on the future as well as on today. This is an area which is often put aside because of time pressures. This plays a vital role for consciously taking the business into the future and the biggest predictor of growth.

The school is designed as a 40-day interactive adventure & experience, which is transformational for you and your business. It teaches you how to overcome those persistent nagging thoughts which hold you back.  Getting rid of them, you will achieve more clarity, structure, profit and meaning.

It includes two five-day programmes. One residential at the beginning and the second five days at the end. (with weekly on-line group coaching session to integrate & implement the learnings.)

The programme is tailored for businesses with 10 or more people. Where teams feel disconnected from the business and each other. Where there are many growth opportunities and no real clarity on which ones to pursue.  It’s time for the business to simultaneously grow up and scale up. Otherwise the business will churn and stagnate, expending needless energy and little growth.

A conscious business system is comprised of four systems; Human Dynamics, Strategic Growth, Revenue & Infrastructure

The first five days in residence focuses on Human Dynamics.” Organisations don’t transform, people do, and leaders go first”. This portion of the programme is an immersive, in residence experience to magnify the shifts needed to transform yourself and your business while in the company of others.

The final five days of the programme is focused on Business Mechanics. Building an overarching architectural strategy which incorporates building revenue, assets and the infrastructure required to support growth, and embedding the human dynamic system into this business strategy.

Magic gets created when these systems seamlessly are integrated and the focus on the business is growth of impact and profits. This is when business becomes a force to good.

Many of us often loose the essential awareness that human beings are the ones operating the systems in business. Often, we experience conflict between the human dynamics of ourselves and being in relationship with others.
