Designer on the customer retention marketing team working on creatives ranging from redesigning, testing and maintaining the email program to social and on-site creatives. This includes research into best practices and being responsible for the look and feel of retention assets across all devices, helping to maintain a consistent customer experience. Avon Web Designer, August 2012 - October 2015. Online customer facing web designer, working on customer ecommerce site related creatives. This includes email design and production coding, website design and production coding including mobile site assets and design and testing of site redesigns and upates. Also responsible for designing, coding and managing representative estore design and creatives. Have project managed projects from start to finish and managed project timelines for the design team. Splashlight Graphic and Web Designer, July 2011 - August 2012. Splashlight is a photo and video production studio in the fashion industry. Only graphic and web designer reporting directly to the founder. Working on everything for the company from managing the website, designing all internal forms and documents, magazine and billboard ads, photo style guides, and client creatives such as Calvin Klein. Also in charge of the graphic and web design for eet, a splashlight owned restaurant and Luca Forgeois, a splashlight sponsored racecar driver. Responsible for knowing design, web coding, and marketing principles and managing and tracking all projects. eFashion Solutions Junior Designer, June 2010 - July 2011. Graphic designer on a team at an turnkey ecommerce company. Solely responsible for all on-site creatives, web design, digital promotions, and package inserts for several brands including: eBay Fashion Vault, Apple Bottoms, Playboy Store, Shop The Bunny, and Paul Jr Designs. Working in a team of designers that inspire and support each other in our work, including group critiques on site redesigns. Striving to understand marketing and profitability in brands. Personally executed five thousand creatives in one year. PUMA Intern, May - August 2009. Graphic design intern for the marketing department. Working on variety of print advertising work for PUMA in the United States and abroad. Worked on photo shoots, packaging projects, and advertising design in several languages.

Senior Exhibition Committee Chair, Spring 2010. In charge of giving each approved proposal an appropriate space for the show and providing a diagram of placement of everyone in the show. MICA Disciplinary Board Member, Fall 2008 - Spring 2010. Disciplinary board member for trials involving students, staff, and faculty. Student Leadership Focus Group, Fall 2008 - Spring 2010. Working with MICA’s Parent & Alumni Board to improve relations between current MICA students and Alumni. MICA Teaching Assistant, Fall 2008 & Spring 2009. Teaching foundation level design & interactive media classes. Taught the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash. As well as basic design principles.

Also extensive knowledge of digital photography and photo editing practices including retouching and software, as well as web design software and designing for the web and mobile devices.
