Activities, Events & Volunteers Under LTSU, an elected student Activities Officer and Committee play a key role in events policy and planning, with the support of a full time Activities and Events staff member.

In 2012 the responsibility for the Activities and Events program was transferred to LTSU, in line with recommendations from the University's Student Services and Student Administration Review, 2011.

Orientation Week Under the umbrella of the University's Orientation Committee, LTSU was again responsible for planning and implementation of the Orientation social program. Key events were: Events Vice Chancellor's Dinner Children Collide Concert Thursday Bar Night Brookings Lectures Comedy events (2 sessions) Student Union Festival

Participants 550 515 1869 students plus 80 guests 345 3000+

Student Union Festival Over 40 LTSU Clubs and a range of external businesses and organisations manned stalls at the event. Attendance was estimated at over 3000 across the day. Key Events:
