leva was an excellent customer contact & project manager.
Janis was not honest about breach of contract concerning delays in production start at factory. We were told everything was according to plan, but no pictures were provided. This created unnecessary uncertainty for us and as a result the frame was only 1 meter high when we visited the factory in Riga. We would have delayed our trip if we had known this.

The price reflects the customer taking on a higher risk by subcontracting plumbing, electrician, fireplace, foundation work++ themselves. However, quality cJelivered makes it worth the risk and during the building process other vendors coordinated well with Latlaft team.

ARCHITECTURAL HELP WITH CUSTOMISATION OF CABIN. Very good service provided in the initial phases, in customising the drawings to work periectly for us. This 1s a unique service that Lallaft provides for free. which differentiates Lallaft from competitors.
3.
HAND BUILDT TIMBER FRAME. The quality of the final product is beautiful and the fact that it is hand made and not machine made provides unique charm. High quality carpenter work, both in factory and on-site.
