13 payments required per plan subscription: 20% upon signing and 80% paid in 12 equal installments for one year. A new subscription requires the previous one to be paid in full

Travel surcharges may apply to NYC, Boston, Brazil and may be applicable to other cities or countries depending on prevailing conditions and travel pricing.
