RECENT RANKIN FIRST SUCCESS STORIES AVERITT EXPRESS Distribution/Warehouse $9.6M Investment | 27 New Jobs | 109 Jobs Retained Rankin First helped secure Averitt’s second Rankin County location by assisting with site selection, state, and local tax incentive approvals.

AVAIO DIGITAL Data Center $6B Investment | 60 New Jobs Rankin First led this substantial project with our local partners ensuring Rankin County secured this transformative project in our community. Rankin First also led the site selection and site negotiations for the project, and local tax incentive approvals.

ERGON Headquarters Expansion $72M Investment | 200 New Jobs Rankin First supported Ergon’s expansion by assisting with local tax incentives to make the project feasible and competitive. This project resulted in major job growth in the area and secured the headquarters location for one of the top largest privately owned businesses in the state.

MENASHA PACKAGING Manufacturing $79M Investment | 21 New Jobs | 95 Jobs Retained When this facility faced closure, Rankin First stepped in to support new ownership, secure investment, and ensure the plant’s future through site selection assistance and incentives negotiations and approvals.

JACKSON HEART Surgical Center $18.4M Investment | 100 New Jobs Rankin First supported the development of this state-ofthe-art surgical center with site selection, local tax incentives, and certification for Healthcare Industry Zone benefits.
