I developed this Strategic Business Plan for Agora Magazine during my volunteer job experience with Agora’s team in October 2021.
The plan includes the following key elements:
* Business description, problem/needs identification, target audience analysis, and value proposition.
* Competitor analysis and effective social network marketing strategies.
* Statistical data on the internet and social networks, to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
* Brand audit, to identify areas for improvement and enhance brand performance.
* Marketing strategies designed to achieve the defined goals and objectives.
