solutions Efficient quoting ARE YOU BEING EFFICIENT WITH YOUR QUOTES? ARE A HIGH PERCENTAGE OF THEM REJECTED? DO YOU KNOW THE REASONS FOR THESE REJECTIONS? Javier Román, Product Manager The topic of this article is efficient quoting in the world of sheet metal cutting, above all, for clients that are subcontractors. It can be quite a difficult balance to achieve. This means that companies need someone with many years of experience to be able to generate accurate quotes, especially when the manufacturing requirements are complex (low tolerances, high quality cutting, difficult folds, multiple secondary operations such as welding or assembly, etc.)
