Sparkling Wines ENGLAND THE BOLNEY ESTATE The Bolney Wine Estate story began in 1972, at which time there were only five other commercial vineyards in England. Owners Janet and Rodney Pratt began with three acres of vines on the edge of the South Downs, this has now grown to 39 acres. Their daughter Sam, is now Head Winemaker. Bolney Estate has won a plethora of awards for it’s wines and in 2012 were named IWSC’s UK Wine Producer of the Year!

BOLNEY BUBBLY NV 12.5% 75cl £19.96 Delightful floral and brioche notes combine with zesty fruit, honeysuckle and elderflower, finishing with just a hint of sweetness. Winner of 2 Silver medals.

CUVEE ROSE PINOT NOIR 2013 12.5% 75cl £23.56 Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes. A superb vintage with a fine mousse which is tightly beaded. On the nose a touch of yeast, notes of raspberry and dry strawberry, with subtle savour undertones adding complexity. Winner of 1 Gold, 3 Silver and 2 Bronze medals.

CUVEE NOIR 2011 12.5% 75cl £24.70 Aromas reminiscent of red stone fruits, especially red cherry, redcurrants and sweet blueberries. On the palate, a wonderful creamy richness and full bodied mousse, packed full of ripe summer fruits, with a hint of spice on the finish. Winner of 2 Bronze medals.

NYETIMBER VINEYARD GB090

NYETIMBER ‘CLASSIC’ 2010 12% 75cl £25.05 Released after six years ageing on the yeast lees it is rich and toasty, but with great freshness. The palate has superb complex fruit flavours and exceptional length.
